Petmate Indoor Pet Heating Pad Element 9-by-9-Inch Review
Our purchase of the Petmate Heating Pad has opened up a spot next our heater. We have four cats all indoors, you would think that they would be warm enough. When we would come inside from a chilly day and attempt to stand in front of our heater, there was always a cat to be moved. Our kitties range from 3 years to 19 and have always found the warmest spot in the house to sleep. We decided to give these Petmate pads a try. Several years ago we tried heating pads only to have them not fit in the cat tree beds that our cats like. Since we have two of our older cats that sleep together, we only purchased three of the units. All of the units fit nicely into the existing cats beds. The cats seem to love them and do not need the house heat to stay warm as much as before. I have been running three of these for about 2 months 24/7 and they are working perfectly. I have also not seen any increase in my electric bill by doing this.

I use it to warm my mouse pad and keep my hand warm in the winter. It does need to have something on top of it for the purpose. But it works great....

I bought this item for my elderly cat's bed. He is arthritic and cannot jump up into warmer spaces like my younger cats can. He absolutely loves it. I actually wrap the pad with a really light, small blanket and use it with a regular cat bed and it works fine. Keeps things nice and warm but not too hot for him. Seriously, it gives me so much peace knowing that he has a warm spot to call his own. Great product.

Can't tell that it is working. It does not say which button turns it on! So I tried it different ways. Do not feel any heat.
